WILSON -- Nash Central picked up its defensive tempo, but the Lady Bulldogs weren’t able to find the back of the net during last Friday’s action at the annual The Brittany Girls Soccer Showcase.
Taking on West Brunswick, the Lady Bulldogs didn’t alow a goal for the first 27 minutes.
But WB eventually broke through and would add two more tallies on its way to a 3-0 victory against Nash Central as part of the festivities at Gillette Park. More ...

Sweep For Seniors
ROCKY MOUNT -- Dani Abbey, Jena McFadden, and Meredith Mills were all honored on Senior Day as the North Carolina Wesleyan College Battling Bishop fast-pitch softball team outscored Mary Baldwin 19-2 over two games last Friday afternoon.
