WILLIAM ANDREW “BUDDY” COLEY
William Andrew “Buddy” Coley, 88, passed away, January 21, 2011. He was born June 6, 1922 in Nash County, son of Minnie Register Coley and William Andrew Coley Sr. Buddy was predeceased by his parents, his wife Lillie Mae Barnes Coley and eldest son, William A. “Bill” Coley III.

He is survived by his son Gerald Phillip “Phil” and wife Sheryl of Rocky Mount; two grandchildren; sister Mrs. David Hill “Addie Mae”, Garland Coley and wife Rev. Corrine Coley of Nashville and Billy Ray Coley of Greenville. He was predeceased by his older sister Mrs. Bonnie Waters “Edna” and his youngest sister Mrs. Carl Jacobs “Nettie”.

Funeral services were held Sunday, January 23, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home of Nashville with the Rev. Daniel Moss and Rev. Patrick Zammiello officiating. Visitation  followed after the service.
