Carlette King Lewis, age 40, of Rocky Mount, died Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Nash General Hospital.
Born April 21, 1970 in Clinton, she was the daughter of Carl Emerson “C. E.” and Paulette Robinson King of Clinton.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Kaitlyn Grace Lewis of the home; Kaitlyn’s father, Kevin N. Lewis of Rocky Mount; her brother, Michael Evan King and his wife, Jennifer, of Faison.
The family received friends from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Wheeler Woodlief Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 in the Mausoleum Chapel at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Entombment will follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Harrison Family YMCA, 1000 Independence Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
Wheeler Woodlief Funeral Home, Rocky Mount, is in charge of the arrangements.
