GERALDINE “DEAN” BRANTLEY
Geraldine “Dean” Brantley, 87, of Middlesex passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2012. She was born May 18, 1925.

Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 16 at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Interment followed in Hollywood Cemetery.  The Pastor Steve McCart officiated.

Geraldine is survived by her two sisters, Betty Sykes and husband, Charles of Emporia, VA and Dorothy Kemp of Middlesex; sister-in-law Bertie Brantley of Middlesex; and five nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernice Marvin and Lona M. Brantley; brothers, John Brantley and William “Pete” Brantley; sister-in-law, Merceda Brantley and brother-in-law, Ed Kemp.
