Sybil Langston Waddell, 78, passed away Friday, January 04, 2013. She was born in Wayne County October 2, 1934 to the late Elder Alex and Malissa Tedder Langston.
In addition to her parents, Sybil was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Rand Waddell and a brother, George Langston.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathy Gainer (Jeff), Donna Batchelor (Kenny), Carolyn Bobbitt (Ricky); brother, Bobby Langston (Shirley); sister, Elsie Crawford; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held Monday, January 7, 2013 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Arrangements by Cornerstone Funeral Home, Nashville.
