HELEN FRANCES MORGAN WILKINSON

Helen Frances Morgan Wilkinson, age 93, passed away  on October 1, 2013. Born February 15, 1920, she was a lifelong resident of Rocky Mount. Helen was the daughter of the late Paul N. Morgan and Helen Lavinia Edwards Morgan. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, George Alexander Wilkinson, Jr. and her brother, Paul Morgan, Jr.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Morgan Wilkinson Horner and her husband, Jack Douglas Horner of Greensboro; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Margaret Allen Morgan.
A private family burial followed by a memorial service was held Friday, October 4, 2013 at the First Presbyterian Church of Rocky Mount with the Rev. Peter Bynum officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to The First Presbyterian Church, 153 North Church Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 or The Tar River Orchestra and Chorus League, P.O. Box 8443, Rocky Mount, NC 27804
