ROCKY MOUNT ––Bettie Richardson, age 64, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2013. A funeral will be held on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 1 p.m. from the St. Paul Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery. Rev. Dennis Jones will officiate.
She is survived by her husband, James Richardson; daughter, Shonja Hill of Rocky Mount; son, Demetrius Richardson of the home; brother, Bobby Staton of Nashville; and three grandchildren.
Open visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2013.
