Armeates Brewer Brown, 86, of Bailey passed away Monday, December 16, 2013. Funeral services were held  Thursday, December 19, 2013 at New Sandy Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 8021 New Sandy Hill Church Road, Bailey.  Interment followed in Bailey Town Cemetery.  Rev. Anderson Barnes and Rev. Charles Petit officiated.
Armeates is survived by her daughters, Diane Perry and husband, Danny of Bailey and Sandra Nichols and husband, Charles of Bailey; her son, Andy Brown and wife, Ann-Marie of Wilson; her 10 grandchildren; her thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and her daughter-in-law, Shirley Brown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Brown; her son, Danny Brown; and her parents, Pharaoh Brewer and Lettie Denton Brewer.
