DONALD PHILLIP IRWIN

Donald Phillip Irwin, 83, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014. He was born February 28, 1930 in Chicago, Ill. to the late Harold and Anna Mae Diehl Irwin.
Don is preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Bert, Kenneth, Douglas and Harold Irwin.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Sue Resico Irwin, one son, Donald Phillp Irwin II and wife Sadie, four daughters; Debbie Thorne and husband Archie, Dale Joyner, Pamela Webb and husband Glen, Dana Abdelhadi and companion Rafael Rohaym, one brother, Richard Irwin and wife Jean, two sisters; Patricia Miller and Dorothy Lucas, fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held February 11, 2014 at Cornerstone Funeral Home.The Rev. Daniel Moss and Rev. Tony Moss officiated. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
