Jean Strum, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014. She was born in Nash County to the late J.W. Bass and Captolia Morgan. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Mark Strum.
She is survived by her sons, Earl Strum (Dale) and Roger Strum (Jennifer); daughter, Brenda Blackmon and finance Todd Campagna; brothers, Horace Moody (Debbie) and Lee Tyson; sister, Shelia Spence (Michael); seven grandchildren.
 A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home for final expenses.
