Hubert Thomas “Tommy” Denton, 73, of Middlesex passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014.  A graveside service  was held Wednesday February 26, 2014 in Hayes Cemetery, Middlesex.
He  is survived by his wife, Linda Weeks Denton of the home; his daughter, Linda Denton of Fall’s Church, Virginia; his sons, Thomas Denton and wife, Michelle of Middlesex, Steven Denton and wife, Trish of Virginia, Larry Denton and wife, Jennifer of New Jersey and Harold Denton of Virginia; his brothers,  Bobby Denton and wife, Betty of Fuquay Varina and James Freddy Denton and wife, Margaret of Spring Hope; ten grandchildren; sisters, Louise Creech and husband, Earl of Kenly, Agnes Branham of Zebulon, Lois M. Poremva of Pennsylvania and Kay Fulford of Zebulon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Iva Hayes Denton and his brother, Larry Randall Denton.
