NASHVILLE -  Anthony Alston, 42, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2014.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 2 p.m. from the Sereptra Baptist Church in Warren County with the Rev. Eddie Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Survivors include a son, Tyras Anthony Alston, of Rocky Mount; parents, Barbara Alston of Nashville; two sisters, Jackie Alston of New Jersey and Youlanda Holder of Rocky Mount; one brother, Dereck Alston, of Rocky Mount.
Visitation was Wednesday, October 1, 2014.
