LELA MAE COPPEDGE

Lela Mae Coppedge, 81, passed away, Thursday, October 9, 2014. She was born October 28, 1932 in Nash County to the late Nona and Fannie Carpenter Rackley. Lela was preceded in death by her husband, Otho Coppedge and a grandson, Timothy Turner, great-great granddaughter, Jaylee Lynch.
She is survived by three sons, Otha Daniel Coppedge, Douglas C. Coppedge and wife Lynnette, William G. Coppedge, two daughters, Rebecca C. Denton and husband Zollie, Hilda “Cookie” Coppedge, 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held  Sunday, October 12, 2014   in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home. Burial  followed at Oakdale Cemetery of Spring Hope.
Arrangements by Cornerstone Funeral Home and Cremations, Nashville.
