CHARLES “PEE WEE” GRIFFIN

Charles “Pee Wee” Griffin of Rocky Mount, 61, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2014.  He was born in Edgecombe County February 19, 1953 to the late Harold and Elizabeth Griffin. 
He is survived by his brothers, Edward Griffin and wife Daisy of Rocky Mount, Mike Joyner of Virginia; sisters, Margie Jones of Rocky Mount, Brenda Brown of Nashville, Betty Outlaw of Nevada, JoAnn Raper of Kenly, Vickie Williams of Virginia and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brothers, Donald Griffin, Larel Griffin and sister, Kathy Denton.
A service to celebrate his life was held  Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the funeral home with Sister Gina House and Brother Keith Pittman officiating.  Burial followed at Red Oak Cemetery.
 Arrangements by Cornerstone Funeral Home in Nashville.
