NASHVILLE - Gloria Denise Carroll, age 61, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. She was born in Harnett County on November 19, 1953 to Earl Lee Sills, Sr. and Lizzie Parker Sills. In addition to her mother, Gloria is predeceased by her sisters, Darlene Shaffer and Susan Lowe.
Gloria is survived by her father, Earl Lee Sills, Sr. of Nashville; sons, Kevin G. Carroll and wife, Amy of Benson, and Chase and Chance Bennett of Nashville; sisters, Glenda S. Wood and husband, Timothy of Powhatan, VA, and Laurie Swanson and husband, Howard of Nashville; brother, Earl Lee Sills, Jr. and wife, Roxanne of Nashville; 2 grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Reverend Phil Qualls officiating. Burial followed at Red Oak Cemetery. Arrangements by Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Rocky Mount. |
