Crystal Register Mathis, 80, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015. She was born August 26, 1934 to the late William B. and Myrtle P. Beacham. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother; William T. "Bill" Beacham.
She is survived by her husband, Preston D. Mathis, Sr.; five children, Milton "Len" Register, Jr., Lori R. Williams, Lisa R. Schriber and husband Jim, William "Lee" Register; Preston Delbert Mathis, Jr, and wife Sheila, nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
A funeral was held Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Living Faith Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Danny Harris officiating. Committal was Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Living Faith Fellowship Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1090 West Mount Drive, Rocky Mount NC 27803.
