Frances "Franny" Alberta Holtzclaw Braswell, age 86, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015. She was born January 8, 1929 in Charlotte, NC the daughter of the late David Albert Holtzclaw and Mary Frances Ritter Holtzclaw.
Frances is survived by her son, David Braswell; her daughter-in-law, Nancy Braswell; and two grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Braswell; and sisters, Mary Hartsell, Elsie Riggins and Laura Holtzclaw.
Memorial services were held Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Greg O'Neil officiating.
