ROCKY MOUNT – Margaret Lofton Braswell, 68, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2007. Funeral services were held on Dec. 15 at Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Nashville. Burial followed in the Oakland Cemetery, Nashville.
Survivors include three daughters, Evelyn Braswell, Earlene Arrington of Nashville and Quantina Braswell of Raleigh; a son, Irving Lofton of Rocky Mount; a sister, Ava Wiggins of Manhattan, N.Y.; a brother, Rev. James W. Parks of Nashville; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were handled by William Toney’s Funeral Home, Spring Hope.
