Lucy P. Lynch

Lucy P. Lynch, 94, of Whitakers, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015. Wake services will be held Friday, November 6, from 6-7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville. Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, at 2 p.m. from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Rocky Mount. Burial will follow in the St. Delight Church Cemetery. Brother Justin Floyd will officiate.

She is survived by six daughters, Eula Mae McKellar of Rocky Mount, Mozella Douglas (Conrad) of Nashville, Mary Jenkins of Rocky Mount, Lucy Moore (Adolphaus) of Castalia, Gloria Davis (Randolph) of Whitakers, Shirley Battle (Lorenzo) of Leland; three sons, Baldy Lee Lynch (Marie) of Brooklyn, NY, Charlie Lynch (Rosalinda) of Rocky Mount, and John Lynch (Felicia) of Nashville; four sisters, Mary Shepard of New Jersey, Beatrice Arrington of New Jersey, Pearlie Wilkinson of Virginia and Annie Perry of New Jersey; two brothers, James Henry Perry (Lannie) of Rocky Mount and Jessie Perry (Pauline) of Battleboro; 72 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; and a host of great-great grandchildren.
