Margaret Louise Barnes Pierce, age 90, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2016. She was born on September 26, 1925.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lee Pierce. Louise is survived by her four children, Henry Pierce Jr. and wife Hilda, Margaret (Margie) Nicholson and husband Chris, Erma Jean Braddy and husband Leroy, Larry Pierce and wife Teresa; seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sister, Edith Reeves and husband Ronnie.

Services will be held Wednesday, January 13 at Calvary Baptist Church, 505 Englewood Drive, Rocky Mount. Visitation will be held at 1 pm and funeral services will follow at 2 pm with Rev. Brandon Dees and Rev. Cliff Lewin officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Gardens.
