Isaac Lee "Ike" Cooper, 80, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 12 p.m. from the Mitchiner's Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Melvin Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Marks Chapel Church Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Olivia Cooper; daughter, Margaret Battle and her husband, George, of Franklinton; three sons, Joseph Cooper and his wife, Rosemary, David Lee Cooper and his wife, Lelia and Lee Alston Cooper, all of Franklinton; two sisters, Mary Isaac and Barbara Ann Lynch and her husband, Bruce, all of Rocky Mount; two brothers, Bennie Cooper, of Lowell, MA and Robert Lee Cooper, of Enfield; eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 3 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
