George F. Taylor

George F. Taylor, 71, born September 29, 1944 to the late Lucille Brantley Taylor and George "Buddie" Taylor, passed away February 3, 2016. George was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Barbara Greene and two brothers-in-law, Earl Miller and John Lynn.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Miller Taylor; daughter, Stephanie Taylor Powell and husband, Adrian all of Nashville; sister, Judy Taylor Bissette and husband, Gerald of Raleigh; brother, Glenn C. Taylor and wife, Teresa also of Nashville; sister-in-law, Irma Lynn of Spring Hope; brother-in-law, Jimmie Greene of Spring Hope; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 2: pm Friday, February 5, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Qualls officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 1:00 pm prior to the service.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Momeyer Baptist Church or a charity of one's choice.
