Henry Thomas Proctor, age 58, of Elm City, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017. Born in Edgecombe Countyon October 28, 1958. He is preceded in death by his father, Charlie Russell Proctor.
He is survived by his mother, Lucille S. Proctor, brother, Charlie Earl Proctor and wife Dawn and nephew, Russell Allen Proctor.
Services were held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Johnson Funeral Home.
A private family committal was held Sunday.
