Oliver Rogers "Sonny" Harris, age 80 of Rocky Mount, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017.

Services were held Friday, June 23, 2017 at Helping Hands Church, Rocky Mount. Interment follow at Meeks Cemetery in Spring Hope.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Price Harris of the home; three daughters, Linda Harris, Minister Patricia Hardy (James) and Sarah Stample (Quentin) all of Rocky Mount; two sons, Irving Lawton and Orlando Ray Price, Sr. (Amanda) both of Rocky Mount; one sister, Gearldine Mann of Spring Hope; one brother, Willie Harris (Lizzie) of Hunter Hill Nursing Home, Rocky Mount; six grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins and friends.
