Johnnie Ray Marlow

Johnnie Ray Marlow, 65, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017. He was born August 18, 1951 in Nash County to the late William David and Doris Mills Marlow. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his oldest son, Scotty Ray Marlow, brothers, William David, Jr., Roy Allen and Calvin Marlow.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Taylor Marlow; daughters, Crystal Marlow Evans and husband Billy, Leslie Marlow Collins and husband Albert; one son, Randy Jason Marlow and wife Amy; 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Bonnie Johnson and husband Buck; brothers, Jimmy Marlow and wife Ann, Jerry Marlow, Robert Marlow, Richard Marlow and wife Denise.

Visitation with family and friends will be Wednesday, August 2, 2017 from 7 - 8:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home and other times at the home of Jimmy and Ann Marlow at 4227 Irwin Isle, Rocky Mount. A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Bossolono officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
