Geraleen Beasley Rose

Geraleen Beasley Rose, 84, passed away on Thursday, August 24th. Born on September 12, 1932 in Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Hal and Madie Beasley.

Survivors include her son, Glynn Rose of Rocky Mt; daughter Ann Brewer and husband Jim of Albemarle; sisters, Sarah Garrett of Alabama, Marie Blackwell (Kenneth) of Wendell, and Rosa Johnson (Ray) of Smithfield; brother, Hal Beasley, Jr. of Statesville; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jodie "Red" Rose; sisters, Clara Langdon, Mavis Denning, Betty Ray, and Rebecca Beasley; brothers, Avery Beasley, James Beasley, and Donald Beasley.

A graveside service was held Sundy, August 27 at Raleigh Memorial Park beginning at with Evan Rose officiating.

Arrangements by Cornerstone Funeral Home and Cremations, Nashville.
