Maurice Bryant Massey, 88, of Zebulon, passed away on January 2, 2018. He was born in Nash County on October 10th, 1929 to the late Walter and Edna Massey. He was preceded in death by his brothers Harold, Vernon, Brooks and Stan.

Maurice is survived by his wife of 63 years, Katrina; a son Brad Massey; a daughter Kelli Massey Makhoul; (Raymond) and three grandchildren; brother Phil (Deborah) and sisters Mildred Brantley, Joyce O'Neal, and Brenda Saunders (Allen); his in-laws Jo and Claude Sitton, Brenda and Warren Bailey and Janie Jones; many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held Friday, January 5, at Union Hope Baptist Church.
