Regina Lynn Cobb Rankin

Regina Lynn Cobb Rankin, age 59, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Born in Wilson County on September 26, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Harrison Cobb and Ruby Anderson Cobb. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Albert Cobb.

Regina leaves behind to cherish her memory, companion, Jay Whitley; sons, Edward Stallings and wife, April, of Castalia, and Jeffrey Jackson and wife, Heather, of Rocky Mount; and daughter, Ruby Stallings and companion, Stacy Wilkerson, of Cooper, TX; 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Donald Cobb, and Augustus Cobb and wife, Connie; sister, Alice Wiggins; sister-in-law, Rita Cobb; and Godson, Johnathan Lancaster.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Gina House officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. The Family will receive friends and relatives on Sunday, February 25, 2018 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.
