Kimberly "Kim" Scott Jones

Kimberly "Kim" Scott Jones, age 53, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. Born in Nash County on August 23, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Emmitt Arnold Jones and Edna Joyce Jones. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Stephen Jones.

She is survived by her daughters, Morgan Jones Bass and husband, Shane, of Rocky Mount, Sumer Bottoms Thompson and husband, Timothy, of Rocky Mount, and Amber Bottoms and husband, Shane, of Battleboro; five grandchildren; brother, Timmy Jones and wife, Sue, of Smithfield; sisters, Debbie Brinkley and husband, David, of New Bern, Arnette Jones of Rocky Mount, and Michelle Jones Edmondson and husband, Johnnie, of Rocky Mount.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Pastor Gary Wood and Pastor Eugene Porter officiating. Burial followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
