Kathleen Brittain Bridges, 84, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018. She was born July 11, 1933 in Burke County to the late Paul and Annie Buff Brittain. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack "Happy" Bridges; one brother, Carl Brittain and two sisters, Mary Louise Scott and Elizabeth Brittain.
She is survived by one son, Jack Bridges, Jr. and wife Marsha; one daughter, Janice Alford; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
