Henry Thomas Joyner, 82, passed away March 19, 2018. He was born in Wilson County on November 17, 1935 to the late Clyde and Mary Joyner. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Frances Winstead Joyner; brother Robert "Bobby" Joyner; grandchildren Shannon Farmer and Misty Joyner.

Henry is survived by his children WC Joyner, Almeta Joyner and Wendy Joyner Quick(Tracy); two grandchildren; sister Frances J. Flowers (Tommy); brothers Raymond L. Joyner (Janice) and Alton L. Joyner (Dale).

The family will receive guests 1 - 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with the service following at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Jerry Barbee officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Friends of Hospice and mailed to Hospice of Nash 2460 Curtis Ellis Dr Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
