Clayton "Clay" W. Clark, Jr.

Clayton "Clay" W. Clark, Jr., of Elm City, age 58, passed away July 31, 2018. Clay was born in Wilson County on March 5, 1960. He was preceded in death by his father, C. Wayne Clark, Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Vivian; children, Dustin Clark and wife, Katie, and Holly Denton and husband, Christopher; one grandchild; parents Shirley and Moses Hayes; sisters, Dolly Dickens, Cathy Clark and Gina Goddard and husband, Terry; numerous nieces, nephews.

Services were held Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Rocky Mount with Pastor Bryan Creech and wife, Karen, of Emmanuel FWB Church officiating. Interment followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
