Alice "Judy" Scott Rowe, age 91, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018. Born in Nash County on July 24, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Harry Blunt and Minnie Bell Williams Scott. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Tillman Rowe.
She is survived by sons, John T. Rowe Jr. and wife Debra of Raleigh, Michael B. Rowe of Hendersonville, David L. Rowe and wife Amanda of Brevard, and daughter, Beth R. Hassell and husband, Stuart, of Newport; ten grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Rocky Mount. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service.
