ROCKY MOUNT - Madeline Hills Killebrew, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Born in Summerville, SC on August 28, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Francis Cooper Hills and Madeline Steele Hills.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Donald Killebrew of Rocky Mount; daughter, Ashley Joyner and her husband, Ted Proseus, of Millsboro, DE; sons, Ronald Killebrew of Rocky Mount, Stephen Ray Killebrew of Buford, GA; and daughters, Dorothy Killebrew of Garner, and Donna Morris of Rocky Mount; brothers, Allan Hills and his wife, Sonia, of Wheat Ridge, CO, Thomas Hills and his wife, Betty Sue, of Rocky Mount; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Sue Jones of Fountain, Linda Fay Vincent of Fountain; brother-in-law, Jimmy Mosely of Farmville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services were held Monday, November 12, 2018 in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
