ROCKY MOUNT - Mae Flood Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018,. Born in Dinwiddie County, VA on November 29, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie Flood and Mary Vick Flood. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Alvin E. Lancaster; and siblings: Edna Browder, Ada Flood, Floyd Flood, Reverend Johnnie Flood, Dorothy Turner, Louise Perry, Josephine Creech, Virginia Flood, and Solomon Lee Flood.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret L. Neikirk (Mike) of Greenville, SC, and Alice L Pettitt (John) of Hillsborough, NC; six grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Burial at Pineview Cemetery will follow the service.
