ROCKY MOUNT - Matt Dawson Edwards, age 52, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018. Born on July 18, 1966, he was the son of the late William Henry Edwards and Julia Presson Edwards of Goldsboro.
He is survived by four children, Jordan Edwards Thomas and her husband, Caleb, Chase Edwards and his fiancé, Pamela Mildon, Lauren Edwards, and Ethan Edwards, all of Rocky Mount; his brother, Reid Edwards and his wife, Teresa, of Pawley's Island, SC; a sister, Killian Edwards and her husband, Tim Evans, of Gainesville, GA; three nephews.
Services will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Visitation with the family will be from 12 - 12:45 p.m. prior to the service in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and also following the service.
