ROCKY MOUNT - Jacquelyn Ward Skinner Medley passed away December 6th, 2018. She was born on June 17, 1931 in Aventon. The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Leland Skinner. Jackie was preceded by her husband William "Billy" Jennings Medley, brother "JL" Skinner and survived by sister and Peggy Skinner Rose.

She is survived by her sons, Bryan, Tony and Britt and their wives, Sandy, Dona, and Paula; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Oakdale Baptist Church, 13037 US 64 Alt., West Hwy., Rocky Mount, with Pastor Mike Dixon and Pastor Joe Price officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. A visitation will be from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. prior to the service in the Church Sanctuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oakdale Baptist Church, 13037 US 64 Alt., West Hwy., Rocky Mount, NC 27801.
