Tina Lynn Grubbs Adcock, age 50, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019. Born in Nash County February 14, 1969, Tina was the daughter of the late Donna Roseanne Hoff.
She is survived by her father, Reeve Smith Grubbs Jr., son Phillip "Joshua" Adcock, daughter, Heather Roseanne Adcock; two grandsons; brothers Terry B. Grubbs and wife Shawn, Aaron R. Grubbs, one niece and nephew.
A visitation will be held Friday, April 5, 2019 from 2 - 3 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home, the Funeral Service will be held at 3 p.m., April 5, 2019 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
