BARBARA D. INSCOE
CASTALIA - Barbara Dickens Inscoe, 74, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Oct. 20, 1934, the daughter of the late Henry Morton and Helen West Dickens in Wilson County.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday, Sept. 2) in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Carter and Rev. Henry Stamper officiating.

Surviving: loving husband of 53 years, Grady C. Inscoe; son, Tony Inscoe (Ann) of Greensboro.

The family requests that memorials be made to White Level Baptist Church Building Fund, 2400 White Level Road;  or White Level Rescue Squad, 2465 White Level Road, Louisburg, NC 27549.

The family received friends from 7 - 8:30 p.m.  Tuesday, Sept. 1 at Strickland Funeral Home in Louisburg.
