Mozelle Tant Upchurch, 90, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Mack and Jane Pearce Tant.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Upchurch, a granddaughter, Cherie Upchurch, great-granddaughter, Brittany Coppedge and great-great granddaughter, Brianna Upchurch. 

She is survived by her two sons, Ronnie Upchurch (Diane) and Donnie Upchurch (Genny), one daughter, Connie Goodman (Jeffery), one brother, Monroe Tant (Jeanne), 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren;  5 great-great grandchildren

A funeral service was held Saturday, November 10, 2012  at Ridgecrest Worship Center with the Rev. John Sharpe, Rev. Tony Bossolono and Rev. David Whitley officiating. Burial  followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
