Janet Wiggins Hackney, age 80, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017. Born in Wilson County on May 25, 1936 she was the daughter of the late Roy and Nannie Wiggins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ted Hackney and son Dennis Hackney.

She is survived by her son, James Hackney and wife Sharon; daughter, Doris Henley and husband Jim; sister Joyce Williams and husband Bill; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and relatives Tuesday March 7, 2017 from 1-2 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Pastor John Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Red Oak Cemetery.
