Raymond Harrison Moore, Jr., of Rocky Mount, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017.

Born in Rocky Mount, Raymond lived his entire life in Sharpsburg, the oldest son of Raymond and Helen Moore.

He was predeceased by his parents, Raymond Harrison Moore, Sr. and Helen Davis Moore, and sister-in-law Kathy Moss Moore.

He is survived by his brother, Thomas A. Moore and wife, Debra and one niece.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Burial will follow at Mill Branch Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 1 - 1:45 p.m. prior to the service in the Atrium of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home.
