Annie Ruth Smith Mills, age 69 of Spring Hope, passed away on November 2, 2017.
Funeral services were held on Monday, November 6 at St. Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Spring Hope. Burial followed in Meeks Cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, Jimmy (Cynthia) Mills of Charlotte, and Lance (Melisa) Mills of Spring Hope; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Kirby Lee Smith of Spring Hope and Leroy (Carolyn) Smith of Washington, D.C.; three sisters, Bobby Smith, Victoria Lucas and her husband, Raymond, and Jewell Thorne and her husband, Earl, all of Spring Hope; and several nieces and nephews.
