Dorsey Allan Cockrell, 47, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018. He was born May 3, 1970 in Nash County to Dorsey Jr. and Joyce Bradbury Cockrell.

He is also survived by his daughter Erin Cockrell; son Bradley Cockrell; four grandchildren; brother Steven R. Cockrell (Misty); several nieces and nephews: sister Lynn Finch (Eddie); significant other Aimee Walker.

The family will receive friends at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A service will follow at 7 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Mike Coggin officiating. The burial will be private.
