Peter William Friedrich, age 76, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Friday, April 6, 2018. Born in Queens County, NY on March 9, 1942, he was the son of the late Harold Friedrich.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Laura Schlener Friedrich of Rocky Mount; daughter, Diana Friedrich Hutson and her husband, Shane of Nashville, TN; sons, Chris Friedrich and his wife, Mickey of Spring Hope, Jason Friedrich and his wife, Audrey of Rocky Mount, Peter Friedrich and his wife, Jennifer of Fayetteville; 11 grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 7 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Chaplain Jimmie Flood officiating. Visitation with the family will follow the service until 9 p.m. in the Atrium of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Legion Rider's, 317 Timberlane Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 in Peter's memory.
