Charlie L. Howard, age 92 of Bailey passed away July 5, 2018.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 1 p.m. at L.N. Forbes Tabernacle, Wilson. Burial, Sandy Fork Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at William Toney's Funeral Home in Spring Hope.
