SHELTER INFORMATION

Englewood Baptist Church is currently open and is housing approximately 90 citizens of Tyrrell County. Englewood is pet friendly and Nash County residence are welcome.

Wednesday, Sept. 12th at 6:00PM NASH COUNTY will open Nash Central High School and Southern Nash High School. Southern will be pet friendly.

All three of these shelter are being staffed by the American Red Cross, Nash County Health Department nurses and Department of Social Services Workers.

Rocky Mount and Nash County Animal Control are assisting with pets.

Rocky Mount Police and Nash County Sheriff are providing security.
