MIDDLESEX - Jo Ann "Judy" Griffin Lewis, 64, died Wednesday, October 3, 2018.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 6 at 11 a.m., Union Chapel OFWB Church followed by visitation. Burial, Hollywood Cemetery, Middlesex.

She is survived by her husband, J.W. Lewis; daughter, Amy Strickland of Bailey; sons, Van Lewis (Brooks), Andy Lewis (Heather) and Shane Lewis (Stephanie) all of Middlesex; four grandchildren; mother, Joan Joyner Griffin of Middlesex; sister, Dale Griffin of Wilson and brother, Randy Griffin (Rhonda) of Middlesex.

She was preceded in death by her father, K.K. Griffin.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to SECU Hospice House, PO Box 1376, Smithfield NC 27577.
