Betty Rich, age 81, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018. Born in Wayne County on August 15, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Percy Bruce and Susan Driver Walston.

She is survived by her son, Richard Rich and wife, Anna; three granddaughters; and her in-laws, nieces, nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
