Billy Lee Meadows, age 72 and formerly of Canvas, West Virginia, passed away August 12, 2019. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Roe and Delphia Meadows; brother, Dave Meadows; and twin brother, the Reverend Jim Meadows, all from Cottle, WV.
He is survived by two sons, Fredrick Meadows and wife, Joy, of Whitakers, and Matthew Meadows and wife, Kelli of Canvas, WV; sister, Irene Bailey of Tioga, WV; six grandchildren.
The family will gather for a private memorial service at a later date.
